You’ve got a vision, sure, but it’s your first time planning an event, or you just hate dealing with the logistics of planning and you want some pro support. Good thinking! We’ll relieve some of the workload by working with you to select

  • Floor plan layout design

  • Working with the venue (if applicable)

  • Coordination with vendors

  • Ordering and delivering supplies

  • Designing menu

  • Crafting decorations.

This event package is great for allllll types of parties. Think birthdays, showers, anniversaries, holiday parties, or a gathering you’d like spiffed up!

Day of Coordination

Look at you go! You’ve done a lot of legwork with the research and DIYs, so you’re not looking for the full package.

But, wait- Do you need someone to jump in and tackle all of the details for the day of? How about vendor coordination, so that you can relax and get to enjoying your day? Let SYN events step in three months prior to your date and handle those fine print details while you rest assured knowing your event is in good hands. We’ll advocate, decorate, and coordinate on your behalf. It’s our job to ensure that you and your guests enjoy the day. We’ll pull together the finished details to ensure your event runs just as you envisioned, if not better!

Day of Packages are by the hour and include everything in Event Design and Layout plus…

  • One complimentary venue/event site visit

  • Menu design and purchasing of ingredients

  • Custom vendor list

  • Unlimited phone calls/text, and virtual consultation

  • Installation and take down of event décor and materials.

This event package is great if you’re looking for someone to handle all the pre, during, and post event logistics in addition to party planning and design. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy the company you’re with.

Full Service Planning and Production

Where to begin? There are so many hours in a day and only so many days to plan, and right now, your Pinterest board is more overwhelming than inspiring. SYN events will lead you throughout the entire planning process (12 months or less). Rather than holding off on our planning until just months before, we’re in it for the long haul. This includes SOOO much, but we’ll try to summarize…

·  Up to three meetings (initial site visit, final site visit, and a bonus of your choosing)

  • One monthly meeting prior to month of wedding (up to four meetings in person at the venue)

  • Open communication during our entire planning process together (email, text, social media, you name it!)

  • Two meetings and high priority communication six weeks prior to wedding as needed

  • Optional RSVP tracking, seating chart, budget, payment schedule

  • Timeline for all vendors, vendor contact sheet, + floor plan assistance

  • Assistance in negotiations when appropriate

  • Vendor referrals and outreach hand-selected by SYN events to express your vision

  • 1-hour rehearsal coordination

  • Lead design, vision board, and floor plan assistance

  • Up to twelve committed hours onsite and run-of-show on day-of with the option to add more time

    • Brainstorm and address any hiccups onsite as needed

  • Ceremony coordination for wedding party

  • Distribute all vendor paperwork one-week prior to date (timeline, contacts, venue access, floor plans, inventory)

This event package is best suited for weddings, galas, and/or corporate events.

Everyone’s story is a little different and you are no exception, so all pricing and services are tailored to your event. Larger event pricing also includes:

  • venue location (amount of travel or overnight stays)

  • anticipated guest count

  • size of the entire wedding party (if applicable)

  • amount of décor (AKA how many helpers do we have or need?)

  • And other personal considerations dependent on event
